Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "User": anyone who uses the Service under these terms.
• "Member": a user who signed in with a Kakao account and entered into the service agreement.
• "Logs": baby-care data a member saves by voice or by hand.
• "Co-caregiver": a member invited to manage the same child's logs.

2. Posting and changes

We post these terms in the App and on the Website. We may change them within the law and will announce changes 7 days in advance (30 days if unfavorable). If you do not agree, you may end the agreement.

3. Agreement

The agreement is formed when you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy and complete sign-up with Kakao. We may refuse or end it for false information, sign-ups by children under 14 without a guardian's consent, or improper purposes.

4. The Service

• Logging and statistics for feeding, sleep, diapers, growth and solid food by voice or by hand
• AI parenting chat: general parenting information that may refer to your logs
• Storytime: stories read in a default voice or a voice you register
• Co-caregiver invitations, shared logs and notifications

The Service aims to run 24/7 but may pause for maintenance, failures or force majeure. We may change or end parts of the Service for operational reasons and will give notice.

5. Paid features

Some features (such as the OhMyBaby Pro subscription and story credits) are paid. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow App Store or Google Play policies and applicable law; you can cancel a subscription in your store account settings. Prices and inclusions are shown at checkout.

6. Registering a voice

Register only your own voice or the voice of someone who has properly consented. Registering another person's voice without consent or using it to impersonate or deceive is prohibited, and you are responsible for any resulting harm. You can delete a registered voice at any time.

7. User obligations

• No false information and no misuse of others' accounts, personal data or voices
• No infringement of our or others' intellectual property, defamation or interference with operations
• No abnormal access through automation tools, reverse engineering or similar means
• No other acts that violate the law or public order

8. Our obligations

We work to provide the Service reliably, publish and follow our Privacy Policy, and handle legitimate feedback and complaints.

9. Intellectual property

Rights in the Service and our content belong to us. Rights in logs you create belong to you; we use them only as needed to provide and improve the Service.

10. Termination and restrictions

You can delete your account in the App at any time. We may restrict use or end the agreement if you breach these terms or disrupt the Service. Data after deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy.

11. Medical disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is not a medical device or diagnostic tool. Log statistics and AI answers are general reference information and do not replace a doctor. Always consult a healthcare professional about your child's health, and in an emergency call your local emergency number (119 in Korea) right away.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of speech recognition or AI answers. We are not liable for harm caused by force majeure or by the user's own fault, and we compensate harm caused by our intent or gross negligence as required by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
